To make a return, you must proceed with a return request by sending an email to info@aniravbrand.com, with the subject "Return - Order Number", indicating the Order number for which you wish to proceed with the return. 

Returns sent without activating the return procedure will not be accepted. 

If the return procedure is accepted by Anirav Brand, the Customer must send the products of the Order to Anirav Brand at via San Vittore 11, Milan, within 5 days of confirmation of acceptance of the return procedure by Anirav Brand. 

In case of delay in returning the products, Anirav Brand reserves the right not to accept the return.

All costs for returning the products are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

All products must arrive in the same condition as received, with their original packaging and any additional parts that are part of the original packaging.

Anirav Brand will accept the returned products, reserving the right to ascertain that they have been returned in their original condition and have not been used. Only if the product(s) are returned in such conditions, Anirav Brand will refund the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the returned products.

The return procedure is governed by art. 10 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) on the Website, which is referred to for completeness.

Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code and subsequent amendments, the Customer, as a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Code (hereinafter, also "Consumer Customer"), may exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, from the stipulated contract by activating the return procedure within 14 days from the day of receipt of the Order, in accordance with what is established in art. 3 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

For Customers not considered consumers under the Consumer Code, returns can only be made in the case of defective and/or non-compliant products pursuant to and within the terms set out in art. 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) on the Website.
